That boy with the eyes

They say eyes are the windows of the soul,
I once knew this guy that had two black holes.
At the time I was intrigued at the mystery staring back at me.
Crazy at how things twist and turn,
bridges, break and burn.
You can lose every ounce of happiness,
but its merely another lesson learned.
Hard to explain a fall from paradise,
but thats the only way to rise.
I once knew this guy with the universe in eyes,
fell head over heels, and we began to rise.
The world spun on and and he grew tired with a yawn
I once knew this guy with depth in his eyes,
I blinked once and he was gone.
