Daughter,

Thats what she calls me
Sometimes i honestly believe its cause she doesnt remember my name
other times i just think its cause thats all i am to her nothing of significance
I dont like to argue with her
It only gets turned around on me
Because hiking and drinking
are more important then helping your 'daughter' pick out a dress for graduation
Because the minute she tricks me into thinking she's changed
she goes back to careless her
and the minute i think i want my mom back
i change my mind
and i realize life taught me a lesson
i couldnt have learned with her by my side.
